This wine is produced with grapes from the Can Rich vineyards in Buscastell, cellars that, inspired by the wine tradition the Phoenicians brought to the island of Ibiza, try to combine in organic agriculture, modernity and tradition so their wines reflect the uniqueness of the land and climate of the island.
The stocks are trellised and cultivated according to the rules of the Balearic Council for Organic Agriculture.
In Can Rich the grape harvest takes place during the month of August, its made by hand, and the grape is quickly transported to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.
After a soft pressing of the grapes, a flowery grape-juice is obtained and then fermented in controlled temperature tanks. Subsequently, a second fermentation is made in the bottle, strictly following the traditional method.
It should be served with a temperature from 6 ºC to 8 ºC.
