The "Can Miquel Guasch oil mill" may be found in the centre of Ibiza, surrounded by olive trees and other traditional crops. This oil mill first opened in 2010, and in a few years, their oils have conquered the customers palatate.

Besides from being part of the guarantee brand "Oli d'E" with the Balearic Government support, their plantation has obtained the organic agriculture certification and the quality of each one of their oil varieties is improving season by season.

They currently have to main lines of elaboration: The production of their own organic olive trees (alberquina, picual or empeltre) and the "Selección" edition, made with selected olive from various plantations in the island.
