Liqueur made from seventeen wild plants from Ibiza and handmade by the Can Rich cellar, using the natural ingredients and the elaboration the ancestors of the family handed them down in written recipes.
The result is a gentle and balanced liqueur that has had a great adaptation and that has been awarded with several prices like the bronze medal of the Wine Spirit Competition in 2011 in Hong Kong.
The Hierbas Ibicencas have always been part of the island tradition and they have the protected designation of origin (PDI). It is very common and pleasant, still nowadays, to extend a nice after-lunch chatting in good company with a bottle of Hierbas on the table.
They are typically consumed after the meals for its digestive properties and can be served with ice or alone.
