The Ibizan Juan Fluxà found this familiar business with the illusion of promoting and stimulating the wealth of the products in Ibiza, the native plants and the rural tradition. And it's from this passion arise the Hierbas Ibicencas Fluxà, the delicious liqueurs from Ibiza, the juicy Ibiza chilly jam, and the four great flavours that Fluxà creates by combining salt from Ses Salinas in Ibiza with Mediterranean herbs, 5 kind of pepper and chilli.
