Now you can also find l'Ou Ibiza in the Mercado Nuevo, right in the Ibiza city center, with its own parking and easy access.

In our stall, besides from the most representative Ibizan products of our web site such as sea salt, liquors, oil, marmalades and some books, you will find the best selection of seasonal organic fresh fruit and vegetable.

Organic certified product

L'Ou Mercado works with several local producers who grow organic fruit and vegetable with the most respectful techniques that respect the land of Ibiza and our health. Tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, broccoli, aubergine, strawberries ... are seeded and slowly mature in Ibiza during the season and come to our shop just picked.

Our offer is complemented by distributors of the rest of Spain that expand our assortment with organic products that are not produced in Ibiza or don't do it in sufficient quantity, such as banana, apple, pear, kiwi, mango, avocado ...

Always with the guarantee of the own organic certification of each growing area and attempting, as far as possible, to prioritize the product of our island and our farmers.

Our principles

We have opened L'Ou Mercado with the idea of sharing a set of principles with which we identify:

Help promote an agriculture clean of fertilizer, sulfates and other chemicals, that provide healthy products for our bodies and respect our fields, recover more authentic flavors by recovering local varieties and maturation processes more respectful with the product and with nature and generally seek a sustainable balance between consumption, nutritious food and resource exploitation.

Preparation of dehydrated and cold-pressed juices

Following our believe in the healthy and sustainable food, in L'Ou Mercado we elaborate a series of dehydrated by ourselves, such as Kale cabbage chips marinated in our special dressing, the apple snacks or the julienne soup, with a mixture of ten different vegetables dried separately to respect their ideal drying time.

In addition, in our ecological stall you can also find our energetic, refreshing or detoxifying daily juices, prepared with a slow cold-pressing machine that preserves all the properties of the ingredients we use, of course, all of them organic and fresh. They are available in 250ml and 500ml bottles.

Service throughout Ibiza

And if you cannot come yourself, l'Ou Mercado offers  a delivery service so nothing keeps you from disposing of fresh, organic and nutritious vegetable and fruit whenever you need it.
