The chilli marmalade of Ibiza Fluxà is made of red chilli, sugar and agar-agar. Is a 100% natural product, ideal for accompany cheeses and any kind of meat (65g pot).

Although the Fluxà family planted hundreds of chilli plants in their own property in Santa Eulalia, its production is still not big enough to supply themselves, so they still buy the chillies in other parts of the island. With them they elaborate by hand and with the most natural ingredients, this marmalade that combines sweet, salty and spicy nuances, and that highlights marvellously the flavour of any food that accompanies.
The spicy chilli is rich in vitamin C (143,70 mg. per 100 g. of chilli). The antioxidant action of vitamin C makes the consumption of spicy chilly beneficial for the sight, skin, hearing and breathing system. Moreover, the high concentration of vitamin C of this seasoning can help in reducing the symptoms of the cold and in fighting illnesses like constipation and hyperthyroidism. It is an accelerator of the metabolism and also recommended during menopause.
